Mr. Park has successfully represented companies and individuals in every kind of white collar government investigation. He specializes in investigations and trials.
Thought Leadership
As a leader in the white collar defense community, Mr. Park has published detailed scholarship in law review articles on fraud and insider trading, providing comprehensive critiques of judge-made criminal laws. His "right-to-control" fraud article was cited in briefs to the U.S. Supreme Court, which unanimously invalidated a doctrine that had been accepted by the Second Circuit for over 30 years.
